The heart of
the system is MedFile™, a web-based personal medical
record updatable by the Medic4All physician and remote vital-signs
monitoring devices. MedFile enables remote assessment and
diagnosis of a patient's condition, and timely intervention
if required. Documenting all changes in the patient's condition,
diagnosis and prescribed treatment, MedFile can also be automatically
translated into foreign languages, permitting authorized medical
personnel everywhere attend to the patient.

Medicare™
Medic4All offers remote monitoring services for recently discharged
patients or those with chronic conditions. Patients are provided
with a proprietary, non-invasive vital signs monitoring kit
that is quickly set up by a Medic4All technician and which
records and telephonically transmits information to the telemedicine
operations center. At prescheduled monitoring times, the patient
activates the kit, initiating a medical videoconference on
the patient's own television set. Simultaneously, vital signs
data and general health status are recorded and documented
in a web-based personal medical record accessible via e-mail,
fax or Internet. |

Visual
Medicare™
Eye-to-eye contact between the patient and a Medic4All doctor
provides the patient with a physician's visit to complement
medical monitoring. VisualMedicare monitoring enables wireless
interaction between Medic4All devices and other medical equipment
at the patient's location. Additional health indicators, including
blood pressure, weight, ECG, SPO2 and glucose level, can be
monitored through the Medic4All platform's ancillary devices,
enabling a more comprehensive clinical description as warranted
by specific pathologies. All visits are documented at the
telemedicine center and on the personal medical record accessible
anytime by the patient, permitting the patient to share the
course of his condition with relatives or other physicians.

Office
Care™
For people well enough to work but who still require monitoring,
Medic4All offers a miniature adapter kit that permits transmission
of vital signs data through any internet-capable personal
computer or telephone, allowing patient monitoring at the
office or other away-from-home location. |
